Within Canada

Shipping 

Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping times vary from 2 to 5 business days in addition to order processing time of up to 48 hours. Orders generally do not ship and are not delivered on weekends or holidays.   

Returns

If something you purchased isn’t working for you, you are welcome to return your regularly priced items for a refund. Sale items (including items purchased with a discount code) are final and not eligible for return or exchange. If you wish to return an item, please notify us at shop@yamnuskawolfdogsanctuary.com. Returns will not be accepted without prior confirmation and must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of receipt. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns. Original shipping cost in non-refundable. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges – Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary does not offer exchanges on online orders.  If you would like to exchange your purchase, please follow the return policy for the items you wish to exchange and place a new order for your items. This way, you don’t run the risk of the item going out of stock while your return is in transit. If you are able to visit us in person and we have your items in stock, you are welcome to do an exchange in store provided it has not been more than 30 days from receipt and the item was not purchased on sale.   

Criteria for Returned Items

  • Must be unopened, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.
  • Must be in brand new condition (no pet hair or fragrance). 

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we believe the product to not be in its original condition or does not follow the criteria for returned items.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and will be processed when the original item has been returned in its original condition. An email notification will be sent when the refund has been processed.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Feel free to contact us if you have not seen the credit after 14 days.

International (US)

In store purchases of regularly priced items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Sale items (including items purchased with a discount code) are final and not eligible for return or exchange. Receipt must be presented at time of return. 

Gifts may be returned for exchange only (no refunds) up to 30 days of receiving the gift. Gift receipt must be presented at time of exchange. 

Gift Cards

Sales of gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Exchanges or refunds of purchases originally made on a gift card will be returned to the gift card only.  Gift card must be presented to process return or exchange.
